These terms apply when you purchase a course or other digital product from naturallywithanja.com. By buying, you agree to them. They are written to be clear and fair to both of us.
This website and its courses are offered by Anja Gregoran (Naturally with Anja / Olea Vita Sana), based in Croatia. You can reach me at agj.holisticliving@gmail.com.
My products are digital courses and guides delivered online. After purchase, you receive access to a private course page on this website. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped to you.
Prices are shown on the website in US dollars. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not see or store your card details. Your purchase is complete once your payment is confirmed by Stripe.
After paying, you receive an access code and a link to open your course. Access is granted immediately. Please keep your access code safe so you can return to the course at any time, including on a different device. If you ever lose access, email me and I will help you get back in.
Because my products are digital and are made available to you immediately, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once the course has been accessed. This is standard for digital content, since it cannot be returned once viewed. If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your course, please contact me and I will make it right.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once access has begun. By purchasing and accessing the course right away, you expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view the course for your own use. Please do not copy, share, resell, or distribute the content or your access code to others. The course and all its content remain my intellectual property.
My courses are for educational and informational purposes only. They are based on personal research and holistic wellness principles and are not medical advice. I am not a doctor or licensed healthcare professional. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
