Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal information I collect through naturallywithanja.com, why I collect it, how it is kept safe, and the rights you have over it. I keep this simple and collect as little as possible.

Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Anja Gregoran (Naturally with Anja / Olea Vita Sana), based in Croatia. For any privacy questions or requests, you can reach me at agj.holisticliving@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

• Your email address (and name, if you give it) when you subscribe to my newsletter, so I can share my health content and tips, news, and the occasional offer or sale.
• Your email and payment details when you buy a course. Payment information (card number and so on) is entered directly into Stripe and is handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details.
• Basic access information for the course page. When you unlock a course, a small marker is saved in your own browser so you do not have to enter the code again. This stays on your device and is not sent to me or stored on a server.

Legal basis

I process your data based on your consent (for the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time) and on the performance of a contract (to deliver a course you have purchased). This is in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The tools I use (third parties)

I use a small number of trusted services that may process your data on my behalf. Each is GDPR-compliant and has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe processes payments. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) manages my newsletter and stores subscriber emails. See the Brevo Privacy Policy.
• GitHub Pages hosts this website. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

The newsletter

You only receive emails from me if you actively sign up and confirm your subscription. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. I never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for their own marketing.

How long I keep your data

I keep your newsletter details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Purchase records are kept by Stripe for as long as required by law for accounting and tax purposes.

I do not sell your data

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is used only to provide what you signed up for or purchased.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Ask me to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to how your data is used
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Croatia, this is AZOP, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency)
